- Make sure your face and the room are well lit.

- download the zoom app
- register yourself
- join the zoom meeting
- join the meeting with your computer audio
- When you enter the zoom-room your video is on (we can see you) but your microphone is turned off.
- Switch on your microphone (click on the bottom left of the screen) to test whether you are clearly audible,
- but then turn your mic off again and KEEP IT OFF (this will prevent unnecessary noise and squeaking feedback).
- When it is your turn to talk during feedback rounds, you can switch the microphone on again (the hosts can also switch it on)
- Choose how you want to see the others: Choose speaker or gallery view (top right)
- Use the (written) “chat” function if you urgently need to ask something or want to communicate otherwise.
