It is taught in the foundation Module, the open classes of SOMATIC MOVEMENT online;

WHAT
Anatomical Embodiment

HOW
After getting cognitiv theoretical input about anatomy you will explore your very own anatomy through sensing, moving and touch. You will learn to use the "Somatic Dialog" of the Method PME to intiate helpful and healing results from your Anatomical Embodiment.
