HOW
After getting cognitiv theoretical input about anatomy you will explore your very own anatomy through sensing, moving and touch. You will learn to use the "Somatic Dialog" of the Method PME to intiate helpful and healing results from your Anatomical Embodiment.

AIM
Through Anatomical Embodiment you will achieve

• an embodied understanding of anatomy.
• freedom, support and integration of your movement.
• knowledge of how different physical qualities relate to mind qualities.
• a development of your charakter by realising all the different qualities that you have and bringing to consciousness qualities that you are usually not aware of.
• a realisation of who you are.
• a better self-regulation in every detail and cross-connection of your self.
